One of the traditional rites of spring is to pull the old Raider out of mothballs, shake off the mildew, and send it skimming across the glass of Lake Washington. This year there were only the three of us to partake of this tradition, but we had a wonderful time. And that includes Coleen who took the photos. As always, we ended up at Ivar's for fish and chips. Now we just need it to get a little warmer so we can jump off the boat for a swim.
Ah summer, you're almost here!

I bet it was beautiful! The pics didn't load for me for some reason though... I'll check back. Yes we are waiting for things to warm up here in LA to officially kick off summmer. People are blaming it on 'May Grey' instead of the temporary 'June Gloom' that sometimes surprises us. I can't wait to do a little skiing! Didn't we go in APRIL last year? It's never too early!
