Rach and I hit the beach one morning this summer when she was visiting. It was the perfect last day activity after a wonderful weekend of shopping, WICKED, and getting our nails done :) We had a great time running on the sand along the ocean. We heard and felt the sweet sounds and warmth of being at the beach! The week before her visit Rach had hit up cross country camp, so needless to say, she had some tips for me! Modelling her excellent form, she kept a pretty consistent 10 or so yards ahead of me, despite my huffing and puffing. Rach also ran barefoot, which was something more brave than I was willing to try! Here we are. We took some before and after shots, and this was actually after an added bonus round, where, after reaching the car, we decided to go for a spontaneous SWIM!!
