The three of the best little boys in the world spent time with Nana and Gramps in Seattle a couple weeks ago. If you haven't heard what we were up to, these photos give you a sample. We kept crazy busy at the zoo, the aquarium, camping on the Snoqualmie River, making cookies and hanging out - literally - on our neighbor's zip line. Some of the best times were watching the boys just be with each other. There's a very exuberant dynamic that plays out between them.
Each is so different and yet so connected to the people and the world around them. We sure loved them and we loved the time they spent with us.
Cousin camp was one of the highlights of my summer.

When and if I ever have grandchildren, I want to do this too. Copy cat Bonnie. Hopefully I won't be wearing depends, hearing aids and needing a walker.
Oliver had SO much fun at cousin camp. He was really excited to see these pictures and made sure I listened to him telling me where the pictures were taken and any memories associated with that place. Thanks so much again for doing that Nana and Grandpa!
Fun! I love the beach one. They are all so absorbed in what they are doing and yet somehow they seem to be connected with each other as they work in close proximity. Cute!!
What adorable 'little men'. What fun they had together. How they enlarged their experiences. Aren't they lucky to have such a great nana & gramps.
